Born in 1990, in Cologne, Germany, I'm a multifaceted German actress, singer, musician, poet, filmmaker and certified coach with Polish-Italian roots, that supports individuals to be authentic and courageous in any areas of life, when speaking in public or in front of the camera.  With practical acting tools and the courageYOUs method, I support to embrace vulnerability as an act of courage.

After an initial acting course at the "Actors Centre" in Sydney, Australia in 2010, I studied Drama at the 'Alanus Hochschule für Kunst und Gesellschaft' in Alfter, Bonn, from 2012 - 2016, finishing with a diploma in Dramatic Arts.

 

As a passionate human being, fascinated by the dynamics of our bodies and minds, I developed the acting course "MUT-ICH" (English title: "CourageYOUs") in 2016, teaching acting and vocal techniques for authenticity and freedom for public and camera speaking.

 

After moving to Ibiza and recording my debut album 'Inspiration' in 2017, I dedicated myself to the upbringing of my son, and performing with my band 'Maktub', while working as an acting coach for adults and children, leading workshops and teaching at different educational institutions on the island and online. 

 

In 2023 I wrote, produced, directed and starred in the short film "NARÚ", which is currently being selected for different film festivals.

 

I am a certified Mindvalley HoloBody Coach, specialising in supporting clients on how to embrace our authentic self and find freedom to speak from the heart, on camera and during public speaking.
